Ordered 2 pigtails for my seats on my mustang. Order still says processing. It's been 9 days with no update. No one replies when I reach out. I was better off ordering from Ebay. Probably just gonna request a refund at this point. Using covid as an excuse. Every other company has delivered to my home over the past 2 months with no problems.

I placed an order (no. 1422713) on April 9 and received the part on April 28. I had to fix the problem before getting fired (I'm first responder), so I wanted to return the part. I first called and emailed them on May 5 and since then I retried several times before my 30 days return limit expires (which is tomorrow). I fully undestand the COVID-19 issue, but I've tried to contact them at least 10 times even in their Facebook page (frequently updated with new articles). The part (a hose) is in perfect state as well as the packaging. I need the Authorization Number. I used to be a satisfied recurring customer and I'm so sorry I had to go to this public page to get attention after exhausting other resources.

To start off with I ordered a ford steering column housing for a focus on may the 7th 2020 and here we are on the 21st and still says processing they had to special order the part from somewhere else ! When CLEARLY their website said IN STOCK !!!! I needed that part now ! Not two months from now. I'd I would have known this I would have went to ford and paid the extra hundred!! Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE even If the price might catch your eye!

I need my order cancelled now. I've emailed you guys 3 times about it and now i want it cancelled and a full refund. My order date is: 2020-04-26 14:20:02 and i was supposed to get my order within 1 week. Now my car has been stuck at the shop for almost 1 month and i need to buy parts somewhere else.

if you can find the part you need anywhere else even at a higher price buy it there. any money you save with tasca will cost you in high shipping costs, time and frustration. ordered 2 fender decals. took 2 1/2 weeks from the order date to get one. they didn't put the other one in the box when they shipped it. i don't get paid until this job is 100% complete. called customer service. they're more than happy to ship another one. another 2 1/2 weeks? i'm done waiting for tasca. don't make my mistake. find it somewhere else!!!

If you don't have the time or manpower to do your job, stop taking orders until you get caught up. Stop using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service.
