I've read the reviews on here AFTER i ordered from them and yes their customer service is not the best and they seem to be having a few problems keeping up with orders but i ordered a differential on 05/05 and received on the 15th and they were much cheaper than anywhere else. I would buy again from them especially if i was not in a hurry and want to save money

As others have noted. Tasca has no customer service. They do not respond to emails. I have sent 3. They do not respond or answer the phone. 2 phone messages. I am reporting them to my credit card company as a fraud. Do not use this company.

Order number 1427724 On April 7, I made an order (1427723). On April 21 I wrote an email to this company and they didn't answer the message. On April 23 I wrote a review in this page and Tasca Parts answered my email on April 24. Requesting patience because this has parts that is an special order. On April 26 I order the same part from GM Parts Giant and in less than two weeks I have those parts in my hands. On May 8, I wrote an email to customer service of Tasca Parts requesting that they cancel the order and until today I'm not received any answer. The don't answer the emails you sent direct to theirs emails. The answer only if you write a review in this page, even they do not answer the phone calls. I hearby request that this company cancel my order and refund my money. They asked me to be patient and I was, I believe that more than one month is enough time to process the orders. I added a couple stars on edit. The phone was answered about 15 minutes after posting the initial review. The representative was courteous. He cancelled the order and a full refund was credited to my PayPal account. I may try Tasca again post-pandemic for something I can afford to wait on just to see if delivery has improved. I need to cancel my order placed on 25-April and am well past the “3 to 5 business days” that were supposed to be needed to get my parts out. I need to get the car back on the road this week so will source the parts locally once this order is cancelled and the Purchase price is credited back to my PayPal account. Numerous attempts to contact Tasca via phone, email, and FB messenger have gone unanswered. In fact, I’m listening to their hold music as I type this...

Our system shows that we sent you an email on May 8 stating that your part(s) required special ordering and that it could take us 3-5 business days before we received them. We're still within that time frame and will definitely notify you of the tracking number once we receive and ship your order. Please keep in mind that, as you were also notified, most auto manufacturers are experiencing severe delays in production and distribution and there may be longer delays. FYI Tasca is doing business under several aliases. One of them is GetOEMParts.com. I order side retainers for a 2012 Fusion on April 28th. Should be here in 4 to 5 days. My local dealer has in stock, a common part on a common car for collisions. I throw in a few bolts ($1.95) with the order as a nice to have. 4 days later I get a message one bolt is is on "National backorder" and they want a response. I say just forget it, the only thing I really need is the side retainers. Why did they wait 4 days to tell me? A little loss of trust. 3 more days go by, I see the website says ANOTHER bolt is on backorder holding up the ENTIRE ORDER. Now a LOT OF MISTRUST. This time they did not even notify me via email or any other means. I call, after waiting forever to get through (more lost trust) I tell the guy forget it, I just need the retainers. Anything else on the order that is not immediately in stock just drop it. He says I'll get it in 3 more days. 6 more days go by, I check the website again. NOTHING HAS SHIPPED!!! I try to call and can't get though. I leave a call back number and no response. I now have complete and total loss of trust in this company.

Good afternoon Carl, I do apologize for your frustration. Yes we have been behind in both shipping and communication. Our customer support team has seem a 500% increase in both phone calls and emails, as well as a 300% increase in business. That coupled with staff shortages due to childcare issues, and we have the perfect storm brewing here. We are working as hard as possible to get orders out the door. We are seeing big delays in our replenishment orders from the manufacturers, which also adds to the frustration. I’ve reached out to our warehouse order liaison who is picking your order from the staging lanes and moving it to the front of the line, where we will ship overnight service so you have your goods tomorrow.
