UPDATE Hi, Justice - Again, we're sorry that you feel frustrated with your shopping experience. While our team does their best to fulfill everyone's orders as quickly as possible, you did place your order this weekend while we were closed (which is stated throughout our website)- and the email you would have immediately received upon placing your order would have also provided you with a time frame for order processing. The Customer Support team member with whom you spoke was not intentionally trying to be rude; he was just attempting to explain the facts of your order placement and our business operating procedures - such as the fact that we are not open and do not process orders on weekends. If your order was cancelled you will receive a refund. Hi, Justice - According to our system, you placed your order on Saturday, May 30- and wrote this review either late Sunday or early Monday morning. As noted on our website and in the order confirmation email you would have received, we are closed on weekends. Your order will be processed this week.

Hi, Bill - We appreciate your review. Customer satisfaction is very important to our team. Unfortunately, the recent COVID-19 situation has resulted in staffing issues at our location and distribution and shipping issues with our manufacturers - which we've tried to communicate clearly to customers. Wait times on the phones and response times to emails have definitely lengthened. That said, we're all still doing our best to process orders and get parts out the door as quickly as we can. UPDATE (June 5) Hi, Darren - As stated on our website and in our email communications with you, our team is running several days behind in order processing and email response. However, according to our notes, a member of our team emailed you on June 2 to let you know that one of the parts in your order required special ordering (our website specifically does not state stocking status of parts). That said, a request to cancel your order has been submitted. UPDATE Hi, Darren - We do understand your frustration and would appreciate your patience. Our team is doing their best to respond to process orders and respond to emails and phone calls. As previously mentioned, the team is running several business days behind in both order processing and email response right now due to an overwhelming surge of online orders (COVID-19 has dramatically increased the number of people shopping online for parts). Your order will be processed and your emails will be answered when the team gets to them in the queue. Given that you placed your order immediately after the holiday weekend, your order should be processed soon and you will be notified. Hi, Randall - We apologize for the delay in processing your order. While we do not sell PPE, we are affected (like many others in the automotive industry) by delays in disruptions at the auto manufacturing plants and by shipping delays with carriers. As I'm sure you are aware, all U.S. auto manufacturers were shut down for several weeks - which severely disrupted the supply chain. That said, it looks like we did email you that the part you ordered is on national back order, with no estimated date of resupply. Our team cancelled your order and has issued you a refund. Looking at your order in our system, it does appear that we notified you on May 21st that your order was being processed and to expect tracking information in the next 2-4 business days - which we are still within (as this weekend was a holiday weekend).
