Ordered a few parts back on May 2, 2020, have had no response from them other than an email to inform me that it was in process. Now two months later and numerous hour long holds I'm more than pissed off with their lack of customer service. I have emailed them and tried to contact them to get at least a status update on my order. Thank god it wasn't for my primary vehicle. Not happy!!!!! Order #1449692

Order #1481347 filed on 6/11. Multiple attempts to call with no answer. Emailed also with no answer. Billed my card though! Will try to contact a few more days before contacting local authorities for fraud. Wish I did my homework a little better. Stay away from these people.

Provided all the necessary information, including VIN in order to purchase parts for my F150. They sent the wrong part and now will not answer my request to return them for the correct ones. After sending numerous emails I have given up. Will never order anything from them again. Made the order in May, received the incorrect parts mid June. Order #1455882

I've tried calling numerous times with no answer and my emails have gone unanswered also. Order #1478778 was placed on 6/8/20 and is still at a "processing" status on their website over 3 weeks later. I just want my order with this terrible company cancelled but can't even get a hold of someone to do so. They had no problem taking my $571 though. BBB is my next course of action I guess.

Placed my order on the 6-2-2020 and still have yet to see it. Was able to get ahold of someone and was told we have everything and we will ship it out next day air. Sorry for the delay. I just got my tracking number and it may be here in the next 5 days. Are you kidding me a month for parts to ship 1500 miles. Absolutely ridiculous. I can see I am not the only one with this problem. I understand delays happen but a 3 week delay to ship within the U.S. to another state in the U.S.

Without your Order #, I can't see the actual details of your order; however, we have clearly noted on all pages of our website (as well as the checkout page and in your first order confirmation email) that we're experiencing severe delays to COVID-19 still - distribution delays from the OEM manufacturers as well as delays here due to staffing shortages (many staff are still at home with their children). Our team has been working their hardest to get everyone's orders processed and out the door as quickly as possible. Again, we're sorry for the delays.

My order was placed on the 10th June 2020 and it has been 14 days and order number 1480674 has not been shipped and calls are not answered. I only got 1 email response stating that shipping of parts will be delayed due 1 more parts being outsourced but the number of days have now elapsed. I am very disappointed in their response. I placed another order with Rock Auto and all parts were shipped to South Africa within a week
