Ok so at first when I read all the negative feedback I was thinking I would be in trouble. I gave it a shoot anyway since I ordered a part that isn't very expensive. I had no problem, customer service was just fine and I got my part in good delivery time. I would definitely give a try with those guys, seems like they are trying to improve with the customer service and each person has their own experience. Don't let the bad reviews hold you to give it a try with them.

I had purchased some items pre-COVID for my car to get fixed. Unfortunately, it took them around 3 months to send me my items. I had reached out to them numberous times without recieving a response. In June it finially arrived and by then I already had Ford fix my car so I requested a refund. Could not get a response until November when the associate told me the thirty day return day policy had already passed. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company.

I assume some of the parts on your order may have been back-ordered. Unfortunately, back-ordered items will typically take longer than average to acquire. Paid $8.33 for a clip to hold my windshield wiper arm to the motor and the shipping was $10.57 for a little 3oz clip !!!! I ordered it on 10/17/20 and it took until 10/30/20 to receive it !!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchasing parts from this site saved me hundreds of dollars. I was concerned about negative reviews and called customer service to ask about the process and verify shipping charges. The rate posted online was accurate and shipping was fast even though it was a specially ordered part that had to get to their warehouse before it could ship out. I would order through this company again.

Encore une supercherie de TASCA PARTS , il n'a jamais était question de transport maritime , si ça avait été le cas je n'aurai jamais commandé les pièces dans ce magasin car il me les faut rapidement d'ailleurs lors d'appel téléphonique le vendeur de TASCA PARTS m'a affirmé qu'ils expédiés les pièces par avion , dans ce cas je demande l'annulation de ma commande et le remboursement .
