I ordered some small stuff from Tasca Ford for my F-150. Their search engine is easy to use. That’s apparently their only good point. Package was delivered with only 1 out of 3 items. Reached out to them. Crickets. Reached out again and was told that they’d forward my concern to the Ford team. Crickets. Glad it was only small items. Won’t ever buy again. I’ll just use their lookup and buy elsewhere.

I’ve placed several orders with Tasca for Kia and Ford vehicles. Parts have ranged from very hard to find OEM seat covers to tune up items like belts, hoses, and engine mounts. They are a legitimate company. They are not amazon, the OEM parts you are ordering take time to retrieve. Usually takes about 10 days from order to delivery, they are not a place to go to for “911, I need it now parts” but if you can wait they will deliver. Be patient and double check your part numbers.

Order #194443 (Wheel Cap) placed on August 15, 2020; received 8/29. Gave Vin#, year & make/model when placing order. Part does not fit, so had my son (who is an expert in these types of issues) try it & he agreed. We took pictures of why it would not work. Called for Return Authorization on 9/2 with no one picking up the phone; sent email to customer support requesting RA form. No response. Called the Retail Sales Dept on 9/3; transferred call; no one answered. 9/13 Sent email as a follow up; no response. There is no one to talk to so will dispute with my Credit Card Company & ask them to charge the full sum back. Will return part when they call asking for it. Purchased the wheel cap from my local Ford dealer.

Beware before buying parts from taska parts. their customer service is awful, they are rude they are quick to judge and do not put the customer 1st. When ordering parts for my specific vehicle I was sent parts for a different vehicle That I don't even own.

On August 19, 2020 i placed an order (1525927) which was changed days later when a representative contacted me by email informing me that based on my vin # one of the parts needed to be changed which was more than doubble the price from the one i originally ordered. I explained to the representative my situation and the part i needed and therefor changed my order because i trusted his advise. I soon received the part which was not the correct one even after explaining to him which harness i needed and now i can not get ahold of anyone at Tasca. I have emailed them many times, have called to no answer waiting for over 40 minutes and there is no response from anyone at this company. I have asked them to send me a return merchandise authorization number in order for me to return the wrong part and get my refund before the 30 day deadline but it seems near impossible to get in touch with anybody at Tasca. After reading many customers reviews it seems to be a common negative experience that people go through when dealing with Tasca. This is my first time ordering from this company and will deffinitely be my last. They are unproffessional and could care less about improving the customer's experience. This will be my first of many reviews of this terrible company and i will not stop there, believe me. DO NOT!!!! order from Tasca, they are a bunch of scammers.

These are scammers !!! Do not order anything from them! I paid for order 1518159 Placed on Jul 31, 2020 Calls are not answered !! No goods!! The letters are answered wait, we will clarify! I have been waiting for over a month! THIS IS A SCAM!

I am sending you emails you took 256 dollars twice and the order didn’t even complete I don’t even have an order number !!! please contact me as soon as possible, I sent you over 4 mails and no one is answering tell me what to do ? I need you to confirm one order and give me back my money for the second 256 dollars

Order 1529026 Tried to order a new part for my car. Order was placed on the 14th of August and every day I check It and it still days in progress. If I knew it was going to be this slow I would have ordered from somewhere else.
