We took a look at your order and unfortunately, several items on your order have required special ordering. We suspect there may have been some miscommunication regarding the proper customer service email to contact as we have not received any emails from the account associated with your order. We suggest you check your spam folder as our Emails (very rarely) may be flagged as spam. At the moment, we do not use whatsapp to communicate order details but this is a feature we can certainly work to implement in the future. Hello FNU, We are shocked to learn about your experience with Tascaparts was anything less than pleasant. We apologize for the inconvenience and would love to provide a possible explanation for the delayed shipping on your order. Special Ordered products typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. This is a message we send out to customers when their products are back-ordered. Back-ordered products typically tend to arrive within 3-5 business days however, we have been experiencing delays in shipping due to the pandemic as well as inclement weather in the northeast. Again We apologize for the lack of communication. And we assure you we are working on implementing a system that automatically sends customers updates on their orders as they are processed. Please know your complaint will not fall on deaf ears and we are actively working to perfect business operations, to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Hello Jason, Unfortunately, our customer service line has been unavailable for the past week due to staffing shortages. We placed a sitewide banner on our site to alert our customers of the status of our phone service. We apologize for the inconvenience and realize we should have displayed the message in a more prominent space on our website.
