The target optical people are so incredibly rude and are annoyed to actually help anyone. They have no follow through or follow up with customers and overall they lack any communication or consistency. The Doctor also isn’t through and makes many careless mistakes that cost people time and money. Avoid at all cost, the low reviews are accurate.

Glasses were perfect.

Target Optical in store and online experience is horrible. The customer service in store is friendly but not polite. The online customer service representatives is very rude. I told her I was not getting any help from her, she responded "Since you're not getting any help, I'll disconnect." Then she disconnected the chat.

Easy and fast service. Also got the same exact pair of glasses that would have been $150 more another eyeglass store!

Ease of navigating the website. They had exactly what I was looking for and the product was delivered I damaged and still in its original packaging.

Prompt, simple and accurate experience

Optical frame did not last long and defective item and response from store person was very rude like not even like to listen and try to help. One frame lasted les the 90 days and was replaced. Second fram less than 9 months,
