USPS left my package in my mailbox and I received no updates. The contact stayed in the mailbox in the Florida heat for over two days. When I realized they didn't come Sunday as they were slated to arrive, I track my package and come to realize they were delivered Friday afternoon. Now I don't kow how that may have affect a year's worth of contacts. This is worst service ever

They cancelled my order because there was something wrong with my prescription. That is fine the problem was that they didn't notify me so I've been waiting and waiting and then finally called them and they said it was canceled. So now I've had to reorder again I am out of contacts and it's going to be another week and a half before I receive them. The only good thing about this so far has been that they take my insurance. The website I had to do things like four times before I finally went through. Had to pay extra to have them sent sooner will not order from them again.

Doctor tries to upsell you cataract surgery now for 10 to 15 years from now if you get it. And sales representatives upsell their glasses way too high.

Slip/Alignment: frame feels loose or sits crooked, frame material is settling, or the need to tighten the hinges. Poor product material. And poor adjustment service also damages the part of the frame.

Ordered my glasses 12-27-2025, said I could pick up by 1-08-2026. My order did not arrive until 1-20-2026. Called/messaged multiple times to extremely vague answers. After checking to see if they used 2025 insurance benefits or 2026 benefits, there are NO claims at all. Also, when you order on line the retail in store associates have NO information. It's like they are two completely different companies and have absolutely no way of telling you anything. Horrible, horrible experience.

There are black spots and numbers that I’m not able to remove. Did no one notice this before sending them? Now I have to wait for new ones and hope they don’t have the same problem.

The optomitrist seemed disinterested and incovenienced by my presence. I realised my head wasn't pressed up against the pad and told her it hadn't been for the exam. She said how far was it? I mean, she should have redid my exam. I am not happy with my glasses prescription. They fog on one eye. I had my last pair for 10 years with no fogging issues ever. The receptionist was very friendly. The person who fitted my glasses was helpful.

The eye exam was fine and staff is friendly, I ordered my glasses online and got an email saying they were ready then I go in and find out that the lab sends that email so my glasses weren’t there yet, which is really frustrating that I drove to the store to get my glasses that said they were ready and they’re not there. Then I get delivery notification and they have been delivered to the store but are still not going to be ready to pick up for several days. The turnaround time is absolutely ridiculous, I have never had this problem with any other optometrist office. Almost two weeks to get glasses is way too long to be waiting when the prescription has changed. I will not be ordering glasses from here again.
