Waited on phone 22 minutes to schedule appointment for my husband and myself when they just hang up on me. I called back asked for Mgr. Male but I ran to another disappointment. She found it “funny” and “laughed” on my complaint. I told her this is not funny to me at all! She stated: I am laughing b/c I know how to address this problem b/c phone didn’t ring at all this morning!” She had only 2 employees in and it wouldn’t be hard nor funny to find out which one of them answered my call!!! I told her I am taking my business elsewhere she replied: “you do mam what you have to!” She also said they do not have regional manager that I could talk to. I hope he or she reads this review!!

Super easy process great experience

Great customer service, amazing price, great quality, and super easy to order! The only complaint I have is that the in-store price, did not match the online price... other than that I am very impressed!

Quick, extremely easy, and half the price of my local optometrist for the exact same glasses. They also arrived earlier than predicted. I will 100% be using this service again. I see some prescription sunglasses in my future.

Great experience, great product, quick delivery, and significantly cheaper then a LensCrafters and Oakley.

One lens of my sunglasses lining started peeling off after 14 months. I was told it is because I left the glasses in the car heat. However this is not the case and only one of the two lenses had that problem. The person at the desk was indifferent, said it was out of warranty and could do nothing. I had many prescription sunglasses in my life and this is the first time I have this problem. I believe the quality of the lens is poor. The customer always has the last word and will not return to Target Vision.

The process was seamless from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and enter in my prescription information, great selection of glasses with a quick pickup.

I called today at 11 am est, 12:40 pm est and 2 pm est to request a replacement pair of glasses and Rx prescription for my son since he lost the pair. First I tried using the chat, and was told that I need to call to order the pair. I called and a nice lady connected me with the right person as on the phone it takes a 2-3 different menus to get to the right place. While on the phone the rep started the order but for some reason the call was lost. I called again and went thru the process and got to the point of checking my insurance benefits which covered for the frame and proceed to pay. This second representative told me he was able to see my profile on his end and that the former rep started the ordering process. Unfortunately, Bank of America denied the transaction so I was told by the rep that I can continue the checkout from my online target optical account. That is where everything went downhill. First I reset my password and kept seeing a delay getting the email with the temp password. Then I would receive not one but several emails with temp passwords all of them having unique links to the reset password pop up and telling me that the temp password was invalid. I tried with three browsers, incognito sessions to no avail. I called my bank to tell them not to block the transaction. Then contacted a rep via chat to ask if the account had been locked. Since I got no concrete answer on how to fix the reset password issue from the chat rep, I called again the rep this time to pay with same or a different card. I was told that they could not find the order initiated by the 2nd rep using my email account or the information provided. She tried to recreate the order one more time, but when applying my insurance benefits she told me I have none- I checked on eye med's site and the 2nd rep submitted a claim to Eye med and used up the benefits. I asked the rep if she could help me out to which she said I need to contact my insurance. Really, this was an overall terrible experience! 1- how come one rep tells me he can see orders initiated by other reps on the same day but another could not see anything? 2- when asked if there were any notes from the previous calls, I was told by the last rep that were none. You should have some notes in your system so the next rep knows what transpired previously 3- how is it possible that the order was not finalized but your system still submitted a claim to the insurance company? In any case the system should have rejected the claim the moment the transaction did not go through 4- I used two different channels - chat and phone yet they felt like I was talking about the same issue to too many reps too many times 5- log in , reset password functionality - was really messed up. Just checking the code in developer mode one can see a bunch of javascript errors. For example the resetPassword function showing a blank page. I finally got locked up after 15 attempts - 15! typically websites lock you up at 5-10 attempts. 6- If someone has to hack someone's account there should be notes somewhere for the rep to know or someone in security should be notified. 7- The errors messages for login errors did not make much sense - "need to log in again after a few seconds" - what do you mean? Is your system not working? I will see if tomorrow my account gets unlocked and try one more time to deal with this. If not I will have to contact Eye Med customer services who are offshore to undo the claim.
