Idiots
You have to manually enter your prescription info. I’m not an optometrist, so I did my best but still managed to input the wrong Rx info. Despite having to manually upload a picture of the Rx, the wrong Rx was processed and sent to me. I opened the boxes to use them and realized that they were wrong. So I contacted Target and they basically told me to kick rocks. I got a voucher for some money off, but still had to pay for new boxes of the correct prescription. Not sure what the point of uploading a prescription is if they’re just going to send out whatever the customer enters. But it’s the stores too. Last time I was in a store, a loss prevention woman shook me down for no reason. Turns out it was someone else and I didn’t even get an apology. Absolutely incompetent customer service and I will NEVER shop at Target again. Apparently it doesn’t matter if you’re in the store or online, Target seeks to only make your life harder. Good riddens.
