My glasses are incredible good quality,the frame is so great and elegant,the lenses are so good

I was rushed and oversold. The eyeglass store is tiny and crowded room with seven people. When glasses arrived they didn't even spend the time to adjust the frames and didn't give me a glasses case or glasses cleaner. Glasses kept sliding down my nose so I went to Wal Mart Optical and they adjusted my glasses for free and did an excellent job. I then bought a less expensive pair I liked better. Optician spent 15 minutes helping me select frames. Wal Mart Optical blows Target Optical away!!!!!!!

I visited Target Optical on Blanco Rd. 08/12/2023 because my glasses were loose and frames needed to be replaced, Kimberly Hamilton came to my rescue and provided the Best Customer Service you can receive from someone!!!! From walk in to walk out she was so Professional!!! Thank You so much!!!!

Fast and reliable. Reputable brand so wasn’t worried about my order. The price for my contacts was slightly better through Target Optical than 1-800-contacts. Super small margin though. I decided to use Target in case there might be some sort of benefit as a RedCard holder. I believe it took a couple dollars off, but not much. Would have loved for it to count as a Target purchase on my account but it’s okay. The only small complaint I have that isn’t a huge deal is you do not get a complimentary contact case with your order. This isn’t a big deal, but I’ve ordered from 4 sites (including Target Optical) and this was the first that didn’t include a case.

I loved it they were very nice and patient while I was translating words to help out my mom. They are also not as expensive just like other eye doctors that me and my mother went too. If you need glasses and need to find the right and PERFECT ones I suggest you go to them they’ll help you out, and also find some pairs that look and fit you the best if you want!!. :)

Love them!!! Going back to get the exact pair in a different color this year.
