Talkspace has made therapy convenient…
Talkspace has made therapy convenient and affordable for me. They accept my insurance too which helps. It took me a few tries to find the right therapist, but now that we’ve connected it feels even more useful than the in-person therapists one worked with in the past.

Signing up was simple
Signing up was simple, I luckily got matched with a great therapist the first time. She is professional and has supported me immensely. The app and website is easy to maneuver to schedule sessions that work for me.

It has really helped me recover from my divorce and find peace in my life. I will admit if I didn't have insurance though it would be beyond my reach.

What is making my experience great is the therapist that i was given. She makes me feel safe and comfortable (given the fact I’ve never been to or done therapy before).

Helpline needs work.
The search mechanism for finding a therapist works extremely well. I loved the two therapists I have had (the first one left the company). The only issue I have had was adding a secondary insurance to my account. No matter how many times I tried it would just prompt me to find a new therapist using the new insurance. I eventually just gave up as the helpline was just a bot that kept giving me the same link and telling me the same information. I was unable to get help from an actual person.
