I've had multiple therapists... this one is the best!
I've had multiple therapists throughout my lifetime, but this is the first therapist who has actually helped. She is amazing. I've been with Talkspace for over 2 years now, and I've made huge progress. I highly recommend them.

Love it here!
This has been the best platform since I first decided to start therapy in 2020. I have a great therapist who has supported me from my lowest moment to now a well thriving life.

Would recommend Talkspace to anyone
How my therapist was chosen for me is unbeknownst but she is what makes me want to schedule another session each time one ends. She keeps me wanting to get and do better for myself.

Auto charged YEARS later
Be prepared to be auto charged YEARS later! So many billing and customer service issues with Talkspace. Took serval horrible providers before finding a good fit, including one who told me all her problems the entire session and I was still billed for it 1.5 years later. I did find an amazing talk therapy provider, who thankfully was on another platform I could switch to because the billing department of Talkspace is a nightmare. Stay far away from signing up for anything with this company.

Love my therapist and the platform
My therapist is always available to take a message and quick to squeeze me in if I really need to talk to her. She is straight forward but kind. I’m very happy with my therapist and the platform.

I like that the provider has a flexible…
I like that the provider has a flexible schedule at the convenience of doing virtual visits. I'm able to feel more open and still have the confidential experience.
