My therapist is amazing. Talkspace is a little difficult to work with, they don't renew my EAP benefits without multiple phone calls and stress, but I love who I'm seeing and it's both convenient and helpful until the plan needs to be renewed at least.

I suffer from PTSD and have had a myriad of therapists over the last 30 years. I could not be more pleased with Cindy Stuhmer. A lot of times one has to try several different therapists before finding the right fit. With Talkspace I lucked out on the first try. I cannot say enough about how good the quality and care I receive is.

Talkspace is an amazing platform for online therapy. I found my therapist last fall and have been seeing her for 9 months through TalkSpace pace. The app is very easy to navigate. The only complaint that i have is the app will show times your provider is "available" but 50% of the time they are not actually available during that time, so my provider and i always book together. if the app could give their providers more control on scheduling then I would give 5 stars.

I like the fact that i'm getting help with my needs through this Website. It's hard sometimes to find the right person that you can open up to And I struggled with that for a long time but I was able to go through and filter through the therapists to see which one I felt like would fit what I wanted and needed better. Because of that, I feel like i've been able to actually move forward with my therapy. So honestly, this is probably the best thing that could have happened. The app is a little glitchy sometimes, and it's annoying, but it's worth it to keep doing it because I like having the help.

Therapist was fine. However, I asked if she had my insurance information and she said "yes, I don't need any more information." Turns out they didn't code it correctly, so my insurance did not cover the visit. I asked them to re-code it as EAP, employee assistance program, and they refused. EAP would be fully covered. They said that I needed to have it coded correctly at the time of visit (my responsibility). My spouse has worked in the medical/health provider/payer industry for years and had never heard of a provider refusing to re-code. And neither had the Anthem folks when I asked. I'll find another provider.

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. I raised concerns regarding the accuracy of information in my account and have spent weeks trying to get the issue resolved. Communication has been slow, responses have often been delayed or inconsistent, and the matter remains unresolved. For a company handling sensitive information, I expected a much more responsive and effective process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the service.
