This is a helpful site for online therapy. The video and audio technology could be improved and some of the other steps like adding in EAP credits, choosing a therapist, etc can be a little cumbersome. But overall it is a very helpful resource!

Talkspace also sends me reminders to complete assessments and set goals that help me track my progress. I have also received a price breakdown of the services to bill for my insurance that is easy to understand. Their IT support has also helped me figure out error messages that come up alongside my therapist.
