Talkspace exceeded my expectations
Talkspace exceeded my expectations. Quickly adapted to the video chats with therapist vs in person. Now I would say I prefer them. Easy to schedule, easy to use my insurance, easy to work with. My therapist is excellent.

Therapist zoned out 2x and was not…
Therapist zoned out 2x and was not actively listening. When I asked a question she was confused and repeating the question. I said (to be polite) oh maybe i didn't hear mayve phone went out. Doesn't feel good for someone to not actively listen

Talkspace has terrible support services…
Talkspace has terrible support services that can’t even get me signed back up. I’ve already tried twice and they still just keep sending me articles on how to fix the problem. I’ll take this as a much needed sign not to try again since my last therapist also was terrible. Ate and drank during the session, excused herself to use the restroom, and was clearly communicating with someone in the physical room she was in. Not worth the hassle for the subpar services. I’ve asked them to delete my account and haven’t heard back from them.

Having therapy from your own home take some of the anxiety out of going to an office and having anxiety highly recommend it
My therapist Jill is very kind and understanding and compassionate and gives me a lot of insight into things I really didn't understand that was going on and it's been very helpful I would absolutely recommend this app especially to those people like myself that were apprehensive about therapy and being able to do it from home just take some of the anxiety out of it.

Sound was not working
