Convenient and affordable
I like the convenience of having appointments online from the comfort of my own home. I also really like my new therapist. He is very open and honest with me and we seem to be on the same page about my mental health journey.

You can feel better!
The ability to conduct therapy sessions using audio has been the best thing for my mental health and grieving process. I couldn’t have found a better practitioner if I was limited to my area. My only regret is that I waited so long in life to heal.

I was skeptical that I would receive…
I was skeptical that I would receive the same quality of care that I received in a face to face clinical setting. My concerns were unfounded. My provider has been great over the 4 sessions to date. I appreciate the flexibility to do these sessions from the privacy of my home or car.

High Quality Therapist
