I found the convenience of handling my sessions online invaluable. As a person who has now had in-person and online sessions, I felt the same way with each method. The engagement with the counselor was the same. I can set book sessions and now not have to factor in commute time and waiting in line in the office when seeing someone. I will definitely continue using this style, unless it's absolutely necessary and professionally recommended for me to see someone in-person.

My provider is extremely knowledgeable and holds me accountable for un-suppressing my feelings, which I need to do more of.

My Therapist has an extensive background experience with Veterans. She is very patient, passionate and caring about my therapy. She does understand the complex issues we face and how to manage them in her professional care. My Therapist is always available through calls, text messages in Talk space if I require assistance. I wish that I would have known about this earlier in my military career. It's worth it to me and I'll continue to use the services to help me with my needs.

Pairing you with the right person! I first started my journey through therapy not knowing what to expect but my therapist has gone above and beyond helping me work through the issues I’ve had and moving past them. My therapist provides great resources and we do mental exercises to help me deal with my anxiety

I have friends that listen to my problems and challenges.
