I have never felt more swindled than with this company. They have not one, not TWO but THREE different portals that all show different information. They delay insurance claims so long that you think you're covered until you're hit with a 7-900$ bill you weren't expecting. You put it on a payment plan? Great because that doesn't display in ANY of the three portals. Oh, and don't forget the random extra charges they won't alert you about, but take RIGHT out of your bank account. I even called to ask them to reverse it and add it to my existing payment plan, and they never did. Instead, charging me even MORE. I have been overdrafted because of an organization that claims they want to help people with mental illness or mental struggles. This has made my issues significantly worse due to their negligence.

I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist for 4 years with talkiatry and it has helped me through difficult times. My long term psych moved on to another setting and I was matched with an equally supportive psychiatrist and she referred me to a therapist that made me feel comfortable where I struggled to match with one after many tries. I strongly recommend talkiatry, it’s changed my life and outlook for the better.

Predatory billing, they have an F on bbb for a reason. Stay away, it will not fix your mental health

The psychiatrists and therapist constantly cancel appointments just hours and sometimes minutes before the appointment. Then they charge me a $100 cancellation fee. They clearly do not care about your mental health as my psychiatrist just dropped me and told me to see an in person psychiatrist.

Talkiatry is very user friendly for this senior citizen! They send me everything I need to get on my on line appointment. There hasn’t been any problems with that whatsoever. The Dr. will give you a prescription for an anti anxiety if you really need it. I like how I am monitored for my progress or setbacks and we make a plan together.

Such poor service. Everything seemed fine until 1 hr before my appointment. The clinician literally cancelled my appointment 40 mins before it was scheduled. So clients are responsible and will be charged 100$ for rescheduling less than 1 day before but clinicians can do whatever they want?? I woke up early and scheduled my day around this! Why is there no compensation for my time or anyone at Talkiatry who is able to help me. Absolutely horrendous. Turned off a new customer I will not be using again.

This place is an utter scam. My experience was negative all around and their suggestions for care because they decided they couldn't help after they billed me were outlandish. Stay far away. You can be stable in meds and just want your current meds refilled and they can't manage that.
