I appreciate the ease in utilizing their website to engage with my doctor.

HORRIBLE customer service. The call center is incompetent at best. They never emailed confirmation for a virtual appointment, for my elderly mom. When I called to ask for it, they continually put me on hold to "enter information" without having asked for any patient identifying information. What were they entering? Then they claimed they needed MY DOB for verification, rather than my mom's. They made sure to let me know about a $100 missed appointment fee if appointment is not cancelled 48 hours prior, though.

I really like being able to talk to a real mental health professional online like the Televisit. I don’t have a car, so this is perfect for me. Dr. Park recommended a Therapist for me also, she is just wonderful. Now I have a psychiatrist and therapist, I really am looking forward to getting great treatment from experienced people.

It might be a bit early but I have had one appointment so far and at the least with the Dr I got was top notch. I hope the system around it (Talkiatry) will keep improving as I hope this Dr stays with them for a long time to come

Provider wasn’t a good fit so I thought I would be upfront and tell her instead of ghosting her. Well after the visit she put that I didn’t show up and I was charged $100. I called Talkiatry right away because I have video and audio proof of the visit and they are going to fix it for me. I will not be using Talkiatry again as I now do not trust the providers there.

The therapist was kind, patient and thorough. The whole process was easy and quick.

I tried this online service because I dont have many options in my area my good psychiatrists. I went through the entire assessment before Brian told me I am too complicated of a patient because I have anxiety because I'm not taking anxiety meds, and my anxiety, MDD, and bipolar are too complicated and he refused to see me. Which is fine because I could tell immediately he was not a good psychiatrist in his advanced age. He was stuck in his ways about things he practiced 30 years ago, and hasn't updated his practices. Do not recommend. See a real psychiatrist instead.

Looking for help with adhd, I spent an hour telling this person my life story and he basically said I had gotten this far and so I was not eligible for a stimulant which I was fine with and then he said he couldn’t treat me because he does not think “I am a fit”. I think he basically said he didn’t like me ? He said he was going to refer me to someone else but I never heard back. What a waste of an hour and telling my life story to some unqualified judgemental stranger.
