Company lacks communication.

The Lemur version I received (16 inch) is very fast and “clean”. Set up was very quick and it is the first computer I have owned that doesn’t have a bunch of pop ups and updates, etc. It just turns on and I’m ready to do whatever I need to do. As for the size, I love it. Previous computer was Alienware with a giant screen. It was very heavy, cumbersome, and loud. If feel the 16 inch Lemur is the perfect size, and 14 would have been a little too small for what a prefer. The laptop is lightweight, quiet, display and sound are crisp. I have not used the backpack yet, but it seems to be nice quality with plenty of room for the laptop, accessories, and a few extra pockets for tools you may need for the day.

When I filled out the address on line, after I closed out of the Checkout, for some reason it changed the address from E 80th to W 80th. I had issues with UPS but I was eventually able to fix it. Outside of that, everything else went smoothly

Extraordinary engineering firm that fully understands their mission and does it very well. Their product offerings are quite broad and meet the needs of just about any use case. Their technical support staff and document repository are both excellent.

Stetson Snead was super helpful with answering all my questions I sent him technical information. He knew exactly what I was talking about and configured a system that seems to be working beyond my expectation very happy with the product.

Working Andrew has been a pleasure. I've had to fix the keyboard and screen on a 5-year old Lemur and the process was efficient and easy.
