System76Reviews of system76.com

There is not enough stars in the Milky Way to give this Linux machine. I’ve ran Ubuntu forever, and this transition to PopOS has been a dream. I hesitated to make a purchase on a 76 and it’s surpassed my expectations by a mile. I develop for a restaurant of mine and we are considering making changes to 76 for all terminals including in-store minis. I’ve always been Linux-for-life, but this is on another level in terms of the entire package. Well done. - Little Bigs Pizza

I haven't received my product yet despite ordering it 2 weeks ago. I have received no updates after "Awaiting fulfillment".

I felt very low customer service support. It was very cold and not really helpful and support it with the customer. Very technical and very indifferent

Effortless

Well made, powerful machine loaded with the latest Ubuntu LTS operating system and a great core set of apps. Worked right out of the box, the Ubuntu app store contained all the additional products I needed...all open source like Ubuntu. Support & communication great from System 76, although it has mostly been "Thanks, this is a powerful machine." The user may have to write a few simple programs to get and install latest codex for some add on apps. This is not an issue as I bought it for dev work. But I believe anyone could get this unit running quickly: plenty of Ubuntu help on line. Much better results than slow, buggy, user unfriendly, memory hog, security deficient "MentalSoft Hole in the Wall 11" from Seattle.

Very quick delivery. Nice laptop. Very light but still powerful enough to do my work. Loving it!

I was genuinely impressed with their order fulfillment. My order was processed and shipped faster than any other company I've delt with. I haven't completely disassembled it yet, but it looks to have some very good build quality.

Allwas good
