Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

I purchased a swimsuit ,when I received the tag said size 14 but it was a size 10 .I called customer service to get an exchange, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee and I couldn't get an exchange because I purchased it thru pay pal I've ordered several swimsuits in the past, but after this I'll go elsewhere.

I ordered a bathing suit in Feb, package was lost. Was told shipping will be free and expedited and discount the cost of suit. 2nd package was lost. Called again for refund and reorder suit, spoke with supervisor. Got at same discounted rate and shipping expedited. Received the suit and they sent the wrong suit. Called AGAIN, for refund and sent the other suit back. Reordered the suit i wanted was told will get at discounted price and free shipping plus expedited shipping. Checked my account this morning and they charged me for the shipping and will not refund me until i receive the new suit. Also was told i should have in 7 days. yet they charged me for expedited shipping???!!! Everyone i talk to including 3 supervisors were nothing but rude and talked over me while trying to explain the situation. Its a shame because i have probably ordered over 7 swimsuits and love them, but am so turned off now from the level of service and response i have received. Would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a few items and somehow ended up paying for a monthly membership that I did not sign up for. I went to cancel the membership and get a refund. Then the next morning I woke up to texts and emails for random places around the country where my email and info had been used. What's even weirder is that it wasn't even for regular mailing lists. It was for inquiries about cars at dealerships, a Zillow agent program, a clinical trial in Florida. If it wasn't so annoying, it would be funny. I know that it was someone at Swimsuits for All that did it because my last name was spelled incorrectly on my profile and for all of the random inquiries it was misspelled exactly the same way. I don't know if this was a rogue person who just wanted to be a jerk or if this has happened to other people.

I've ordered from Swimsuits for all before, everything was fine. NO problems with my merchandise. THIS TIME, I ordered a size larger in a tankini top that I already have. The one I received has poor stiching, the left shoulder strap is sewn so there is puckering, VERY obvious in that it carries to the neckline. I want to return it and get a replacment (the same item). I also have a swim skirt that's too short and I am returning that, but that's not the problem. I've sent photos of the tankini problem but NO ONE will acknowledge it and guarantee that I won't have to pay a 10.99 RESTOCKING FEE for a defective item! I've called, emailed, NO ONE WILL ADDRESS the problem. So what do I do? it's nuts. NEVER AGAIN. I don't want to pay shipping or a restocking fee for the DEFECTIVE tankini top!

Returned items 3 times via customer service- each time the item came it was incorrect. Horrible! Never got what I wanted.

$20 for shipping and handling a huge fee to return it DON’T DO IT DON’T BUY FROM THEM RIP OFF MIGHT AS WELL GO TO AMAZON

Do not purchase from this vender unless you are absolutely certain the product will fit. Example: original purchase total $143, return amount $106. I'm out $43 for returns, including a $10.99 processing fee. I will not order from Swimsuits For All ever again and I would not recommend it to others.

Offered free shipping with a code, I used Paypal and was not able to put the code in. Called their "customer service" and was told the order was already being processed, they could not change. (they process their orders within 15 minutes?) BS! The swimsuit was of course too small and very flimsy, so I am returning it. So after getting ripped off $18 shipping for a tankini sent PARCEL POST, I had to pay an $11 processing fee for a return. I think I need to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on these crooks.
