If there were negative numbers it would be a -5 ---. Do not fall victim to this company! My one and only order was for a tankini swim top. I ordered and specified delivery to our family vacation home. The confirmation was perfect, right address-right zip code...Great! Well when I called to let them know it had not arrived (and I paid the shipping), they confirmed it was shipped to the correct street address---but to my hometown! In total disregard of the confirmation! The street doesn't exist in the town I live in so the DHL package had been sent to the USPS for delivery. Swimsuits for All verified their mistake but WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Even after I filed a case with USPS and emailed them proof that because of the 'way' it was shipped, they had no choice but to DISCARD the package. It did not even get 'returned to sender' because of the cheap shipping method they used. I had two different one hour sessions with their customer service (which should be renamed their APOLOGY SERVICE, because that's all you get)...with the idea that the only way I could get a refund would be for me to complete their affadavit and return it then they might give me a credit/refund. WHAT??? Thank God I used PayPal and received a refund after their Resolution Dept. got ahold of the ordeal. What a piss poor excuse of a company. Prices may be great, Swimsuits may be OK, but their customer service is the absolute WORST!

Horrible. Tried to order replacement bottoms for a 2 piece for $38.48. The transaction sat as pending for 6 days, which also tied up that amount in funds. On the seventh day I was billed AGAIN. This time for $38.49. Note the 1 cent increase. Since the pending was for $38.48, of course, my card (I use a prepaid card for all online shopping) thought the $38.49 was a new purchase. I only had enough on the card to cover $40 but again, it was seeing it as a different transaction. My first instinct was to just add another $40. But then I realized if I did they would likely double dip and take funds at both transactions, even though I had only authorized one purchase. Sneaky. So I contacted my card administrator and they cancelled the transaction and unlocked my funds, which I promptly moved to my savings…just in case. That was Friday. Today, Sunday? They have billed me 4 additional times. I blocked them. Will find what I need elsewhere!

Crooks! I ordered a swimsuit using their suggested sizing guide which was quite inaccurate. Soon I received an email stating I had left something in my cart. The swimsuit was there so I ordered it again. The same thing thing happened two days later. Then they sent me 3 swimsuits. They didn't fit so I returned them according to their procedure and ordered one that would fit. Now charged for 4 swimsuits and returned 3 of them. They only acknowledged receiving 2 swimsuits and refunded me a small percentage of what I paid for two. I called and they said they would soon refund me for the other two. They did not. They wouldn't address why the sent me emails indicating that the orders didn't go through. Never buy from these crooks!

I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service. Paid $29.97 for delivery in 2 - 3 business days and it will be a week or more before I receive it. They argue with you and will not credit your account for the shipping. Forget about returning anything. They help you even less. I should have read the reviews. They used to be a great company. I will NEVER order from them again!

Great selection. Returns are a scam! If you return an item, credit is given for the purchase, not the shipping charges. THEN if you reorder the same item in a different size or color, and it's on sale, you will not be able to buy it at the sale price. SO... if you bought it at the sale price, credit given less shipping, then you have to buy it at full price.

This company is awful. They only give gift cards, no credits. However, they repeatedly tell you they will refund. Even speaking with a supervisor after being on the call for 25 minutes waiting for the customer service representative to “look up” my account, put me in hold multiple times, asking me every detail of my name, address, phone number, order number, finally fed up I ask for a supervisor who says they will refund by sending me a check within 48 hours. THEN, 2 days later I receive a voicemail telling me they only issue gift cards! OH THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM ME ON MONDAY MORNING! WORST COMPANY EVER!

Tried to purchase a couple of swum suits. While doing the transaction. A "spin the wheel" came up so I did the wheel and it hit 25% off however when putting in the payment information the 25% disappeared. I've contacted the company and ask for help and how to get the 25% off and they say there is nothing they can do so don't get scammed by this gimmick. Then I got a rewards email for free shipping which didn't work either and the customer service person was very snippy when I again asked for help. THEIR WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE AND THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE. WISH I HADN'T ORDERED ANYTHING FRON THEM.

Original order: fit was completely wrong despite using their fit guide. Paid $17 to return. Tried to reorder based on my normal size with plenty of time before my trip. Second order never arrived. Cost me $70 extra in restocking and shipping fees, and still didn’t get a suit for my trip. Huge hassle, no bathing suits ever arrived, now out $70 bucks and a couple hours of my time for nothing at all.
