I have had several dealings with swimsuits for all the customer service would never let me talk to supervisor when a supervisor did call they left a message and when I called back, I got the same people again never was able to get my credit back on a bathing suit $73.01 that I ordered that was accidentally sent to the wrong address but trying to get it changed, they said it was too late to change it, even though it was like one minute after I ordered it I’ve never gotten my full refund back, and I will never order from swimsuits for all

I placed an order June 28. Its now July 27. Still no swimsuit. I've had to place a second order. The first order still has not been refunded. I have been lied to, hung up on and put on hold indefinitely. The MISTAKE WAS THEIRS, yet ive had to do all of the legwork, pay twice, ive spent over 20 hrs on the phone. To STILL NOT HAVE A SUIT. I have received the worst customer service from this company ever. As a call center agent myself I understand the limitations and policy restrictions the agent must adhere to. But to be told there is no manager.. numerous times. Lied to about get shipping for free. They say whatever they want and I have no recourse of action to dispute it. But as a consumer. I remembered I do have the final vote. Unsubscribe delete, never order again. From this company of fools. I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF I COULD.

BEWARE!!! I ordered swimsuit bottoms, and they arrived 4 sizes too big. I had to go through the inconveneince of mailing them back. It took a month to receive refund. I emailed and called 8+ times. Each time I was told my refund had been processed and it was a PayPal issue. Not true! Today I had PayPal and Swimsuits For All on a conference call and Swimsuits For All made an error on the refund --- what a time-consuming, frustrating experience!!!!! Never again!

I bought a bikini top and after one time of wearing the “bone” support came out and was jabbing me in my side. They said they could not refund it since it has been worn and would not send me a new one. I only wore it one time!! And they are not cheap!

I attempted to place an order and I received a declined message and to contact my bank. I checked my bank account and, low and behold, there is a pending transaction for their DECLINED transaction. I received no purchase notification from SFA. I called the company and Linda the rep said that "Eloquii/swim4al 888-241-796/nj" (as it appears on my bank tx) was a different company and not a SFA purchase. She transferred me to their accounts department where they could not find the pending purchase. I was referred to a wrong number. I started a claim with my bank. Then I called SFA to confirm if an old SFA e-Gift card was still valid. I spoke with a Customer Service Rep who found the e-Gift card and he stated it would need to be re-activated (3-5 business days) because of how old the card was. No problem My one star experience is a result of: 1. The DECLINED transaction appearing on my bank transaction as Pending 2. The reps lack of knowledge for the company(ies) she works with. 3. Inefficient and frustrating process for locating an order. SOLUTION: Tell, not ask, the rep to look up your account by your UNIQUE email address. They will ask you for your name and zip code, which can be common information across may customer accounts. Trust me, it will save you a lot of frustration if you have to repeat your name and zip code to multiple customer service reps.

I ordered FOUR bikinis for my vacation, I typically order from this company every 2-3 years. The VERY FIRST time I wore each top, the seam split (size 10) on the bikini top where the side boning is sewn in. I could not wear any of the tops because the plastic stabs into my breast. Very disappointed in the quality. Something has changed with this company, I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I ordered a bathing suit in my actual size, and it was completely different from what was described, and the sizing was way off. Almost two sizes too small. My total order was $61, including a $15 non-refundable shipping and handling fee. I purchased through PayPal.com Pay in 4. When I returned the item, Swimsuits for All, of course, kept the $15 and then took an additional $10 for the return, so they only refunded PayPal a total of $47. This means they essentially kept $25 of my entire purchase. PayPal deducted the remaining balance on my pay in 4 because they paid a total of $61 to Swimsuits for All, so this means I only received $19 back for my return. This is a scam and disgusting to sell swimsuits not made as described, and two sizes smaller than what was purchased. To then keep $25 when the item is received, not nearly as described or reasonably expected, is such a scandalous way to run a dishonorable business. I would never recommend this website to anyone unless you're willing to risk (which is high based on inaccurate descriptions and sizes) losing a good chunk of what you actually paid for. I would've gotten more if I had just sold it on a marketplace!

I was about ready to go to bed, when an unauthorized charge popped up on my phone for swimsuits for all. I haven't purchased anything recently. I bought one swimsuit a month or two ago but not recently. I contacted them immediately and they said I "signed up for the monthly membership" I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AND MY PURCHASE WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE BY AN EMPLOYEE! THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY. I want my card details eliminated from this company! What an absolute invasion of privacy and fraud.
