Stay away. Stay Away. Stay Away. Sent return in according to guidelines and they mailed it back to me. I called and they said they changed their return policy but they automatically send them back to the customer. Lady was extremely rude while I was being very polite.

Returned items for a total of $117 credit due and they say I was given an e-credit in an email. I cannot find the email and they only keep records for a certain amount of days. Isn’t there some sort of accounting rule for outstanding liabilities? Their response to email requests to rectify the situation are canned responses and after so many requests they simply stop answering. What is our option to get our money back? This is happening over and over to multiple customers! Who needs to get involved? - Frustrated one-time customer

Received exactly what I ordered in timely fashion. It fit well and is of great quality. The suit has lasted me two seasons of river and lake and pool swimming without me taking extra special care of it.

APARENTLY EVERY ECARD FOR RETURN CREDIT ISSUED BY THIS COMPANY GETS “LOST” I ordered several swimsuits last December in 2017. I had to return them twice to get the right size, and once they sent the wrong item. They told me what I had to do was just re-order and they would sort everything out on their end and when I returned my items. I had to do this twice, so in total I ordered and received three orders and paid for three orders. So after the second return they told me all they could do is give me an E card credit, and that I would be receiving a code via email. I completely forgot about it until I’m getting ready to take another vacation and realized I had about $80 credit with the company. I could not find any code in my emails which by the way I have saved every email from the first order I made with them and every email they have sent me soliciting more sales. There are dozens and dozens of emails. All except the one showing the card code. She even suggested I was saving it and going to use it twice! The first thing the customer service agent ask was did I mistakenly delete it. To which I responded why would I delete only one email from dozens and dozens, and that email being the one that gave me credit? I wish I would’ve read the reviews because apparently every card they send out by and large is lost! They are not willing to do anything about it. So the swimsuits that I ordered that I thought were at a good price really are not when I have to add an additional $80 to the bottom line. I am upset at myself for not reading reviews on the company which is what I usually do before I buy something. Lesson learned. The reviews on this company are terrible! And if you look on their Facebook they do not offer an area for you to leave a review, I own a business and I do offer reviews. So that tells a lot about a business who does not allow you to review in their own forum.

I thought this would be a good experience, not looking so good (and it's not done yet) BUT I'm so very angry!! I had back surgery and after my 6 month appointment with the Dr. and a CT look inside, he wants me to try to keep moving to keep bone growing but ia more gentle way. Part of that is water. I haven't ordered a suit in years and I "tried" the Amazon way and that was a a total "wash". I saw this company 1st try NO. On the 2nd try to get one to fit, I paid for it with a gift card (what a mistake!) the 2nd one was too big and took 11 days to arrive. I called asked about an exchange and was told sure what card did you use? Well, I used a gift card. Anymore funds on it? I said, I'm not sure what you are getting at, an exchange is just that. You are going to place an order. Well, yes we have to charge something!. There are NO true exchanges with this company. I wish I had never heard of this place as (now everyone has been nice) but their policy is something I've never heard of. People do NOT use a gift card when ordering EVER. This person now has to wait for my return to arrive and process and then the E-gift card to be emailed and then order another suit OR give them a gift that was given to me! Water exercising in shorts and tee for now! **1st purchase was credit and ecard issue, NO WAY refund me I called to say! ***Update - a reply was issued to my review - all I can say is, it wasn't read was it? ***Update 8/18/2018 Swimsuits For All had a 50% of sale yesterday. Although it took me a while to make a decision, 2 phone calls to VERY patient associates for questions, I was finally able to make a decision on a lovely swimsuit and it take my e-gift card for the promotion and I ordered a lovely one piece suit and a pair of shorts that I hope will fit and end this back and forth for good. Wish me luck!!

When my order arrived, the products seemed nice but did not come close to fitting. I returned them using the attached return label. I order online from retailers often and the standard process is the retailer will give you a refund minus the shipping charges when you return using their label. Not so with SwimsuitsForAll. Instead, they give you a gift card. You have to search the fine print on their return label to find this out. Since my money was tied up in a gift card, I placed a second order. These items were far from fitting as well. I think the sizes are way off. I just called and asked how to return these items and get my original money back. They said that since I paid with a gift card, they will give me another gift card. They said had I asked for my money back after they gave me the first gift card, they could have given me the money back. But now that I used the gift card, they cannot do that. How on earth was I supposed to know that they do things differently than the dozens of other online retailers I have shopped with. I a furious. Their swimsuits do not fit and they are keeping my money.

My kids swimming instructor referred me here. I'm a big woman and it's been difficult for me to find a swimsuit that fits that is affordable. Usually they're $100+. I don't need to be sexy, I don't need to be hot....I'm married with 3 young kids. I need to be practical. When my sister offered to get me a swimsuit for my birthday, knowing how I needed one, I went to swimsuitsforall.com. The options were great! I also liked how they have swimsuits for certain figures. When I met my husband 21 years ago I was a size zero, hourglass figure. Now, I'm an 18 and an apple figure. I perused through the different choices. The prices were very reasonable and the suits were all beautiful. All different styles to fit everyone's tastes. When I finally picked my practical one piece, I placed my order. It was my shipping and my sister's billing address. I received an email a couple of days later stating there was a security issue. I called the number provided and explained it was a gift from my sister. They confirmed the information and it was corrected. I appreciated that they were protecting my sister's card number. They proceeded to process the order and have it shipped a few days later. I received my package yesterday. I kept checking the FedEx tracking number and it said it was delivered. Well nothing was at my door, my kids didn't take any packages. So I went down to my mailbox and there it was....from FedEx in my mailbox?! Very odd. Anyway, I got it. I tried it on. Granted, I'm not fit, I have wobbly thighs and rolls....the swimsuit fit beautifully. It was very comfortable and secure. And my 5 year old son told me that I looked as pretty as a mermaid. Lol. I will buy more suits from here and I will recommend it to friends and family. Priced right, quality suits in all styles. I was actually surprised to see so many negative reviews. My only negative would be FedEx leaving it in my mailbox when they're supposed to deliver to the door. But totally separate company.

I placed an order on may 13 for a swim suit that was backordered until may 25. After about a month I sent an email inquiring about my order (which I had received a confirmation email about) and I got an email back saying basically “sorry it’s backordered, it’ll be there ASAP” so I continued to wait. Sent another email a couple days ago and received one back saying they didn’t have my order. So I called. They said my order was cancelled and they didn’t know why but I should have received an email about it . So I asked if it could be sent rushed, I’d pay for the suit but I’d like free delivery. They said no. It’s the middle of July, I live in a small town and finding decent bath suits is a chore. Now I have to go to the city and find one in a Hurry when I had painstakingly researched and saved for this particular bathing suit and ordered in may so it would be here for my holidays. I am appalled at the lack of customer support I have received. How can they get away with just cancelling an order with no explanation given??
