Tried 3 swimsuits from them, returned due to fit with intent to purchase one in another size. After My package “didn’t arrive” at the facility, then was magically found, they couldn’t explain why they would only refund 2 of the 3 suits. So, they kept my money AND the suit. After being bounced around from service rep to service rep with no actual response (clearly a scripted response), I gave up. Cute suits but I don’t want to throw away another $60 bucks. Order/return at your own risk.

I placed an order 2 years ago and never got it, i reached out to them and was told that there was no such order even though i'm seeing it on my account. Fast forward 2 years later, wanting to really try their bath-suits, i just made another order and i'm hoping that this one goes through in time or at all as i am due for vacation in 2 weeks. Reading all these reviews have me worried. Is there any guarantee i would get my order?

All is well until you make a return, then they try to force a gift card on you. They tell you that you can return, and they will deduct the shipping cost from your order and credit you the rest...but they won't. They force e gift on you. AVOID them...there are many reputable companies out there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I’ve been trying to get my money back or an item for two years now! They will only give you a credit even if you pay to ship your item back to the company as they say to do. After I shipped back my item, I never received the email with my credit number so that I could order something else. When I called to ask them about it they admitted that he had never sent me an email with the information for my credit. It seemed almost crooked to me (I believe they hope you’ll not remember and then they’ll get to keep your money without giving you anything in return). Next, I ordered another swimsuit and it came in the wrong size. So I sent that back and of course received credit again. Then I ordered another swimsuit to get them out of my life and it was never mailed to me. When I called them to find out where my swimming suit was, they admitted that they had never shipped it to me. Then they told me they would give me credit again, I couldn’t believe it! I told them all I wanted was my money back so that I could be done with them. They were extremely rude and refused so after that I got very frustrated and angry and asked to speak to a Manager and she refused. Finally they did send me to somebody who agreed to give me all my money back. I am relieved that this nightmare is over!

I placed an order on their website on Aug 1. I used a code in an email to get free shipping. I received a confirmation email saying that they charged me $8.99 for shipping! I immediately called and the rep told me they would remove the shipping charge. Today is Aug 8, no shorts have arrived, no email with any info on the shorts either. I called and was told by a rep that they are BACK ORDERED! They were available when I bought them! She said they wouldn't come in until Aug 15th and then after that would not ship for 7 to 10 business DAYS!! I leave for vacation on Aug 25th and will likely not receive them before I leave. I was also told I would still be charged $8.99 for shipping, but they would refund it later. Later?? Why charge it at all if it's free shipping? Giant liars! I thought ordering a month before vacation would leave plenty of time....apparently not the case with the crooks at Swim Suits For All....or Swim Suits for None is what it should be called. Grrrr. ****In response to their comment. The code I entered was for free shipping, otherwise your website would not have deducted the shipping on my original order. AND I was still charged the shipping and it has not been refunded. In addition, I received 2 more postcards in the mail informing me that the shorts I ordered would not be available until September! Then they arrived the next week. Wow, talk about disorganization! I would never order from them again.

UPDATE to my ORIGINAL COMMENT: My Order # 180414-ZTRMR. Please reimburse my shipping costs to return the bathing suit. ORIGINAL COMMENT: BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a bathing suit that did not fit so I had to return it... There are two ways to return a bathing suit... 1) one way is to use their shipping label and receive a store credit OR 2) return it on your own by paying out of your pocket and then get a refund LESS the shipping cost of $9.29 to the company. So I was out about $8 to ship the bathing suit back as well as an additional $9.29 to reimburse the company for their shipping expense to me!!! I will NEVER buy a bathing suit from Swim Suit For All because it cost me almost $20 for a bathing suit that I did not keep! Buyer beware if it doesn't fit!!!!

These people suck. I won't ever do business with them again. Watch your pocketbook with these ripoffs
