This company is a scam. If you return anything, the policy is NOT CLEAR! You will be given store credit, and they will send you an email with codes to a "gift card" (the money you paid for your returned product, minus shipping). AND they send SO MANY EMAILS. If you lose the email they send later with your "codes" they only keep those codes in their system for 90 days - after that if you don't have the codes / email - you are out of luck and cannot use the funds you should be refunded for the items you returned. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!! How is this legal? I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. This is a corporate scam. People are returning items and NOT GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK! They purposely make it difficult so they win.

This was my review taken down from their website because it "included shipping issues": I was so excited because it looked so great on Ashley Graham! I bought a size 12 and usually I am a medium/large so I assumed it would be okay, this thing barely covered my boobs and the strings that look cute on the side are too short, they don't get to dangle on the sides like it shows on the picture. Also, the material felt off, when I started to put it on it stretched a bit and it sounded like it was going to rip. This thing cost me almost $100 including shipping, yes it arrived early which was great, but the packaging came damaged, almost like burned. I am sorry but if I am paying$100 for a swimsuit and expedited shipping it better at least come bubble wrapped. It didn't, it came in a melted bag. While I am looking at returning it, it says in small letters that for a return you need to pay for your own label, of you can use theirs but they will give you a e-gift card and still deduct $7.50 from it. WHAT? So amazing, I pay my shipping here and back for an item that is obviously not as promised, so much for "easy returns." The least they could have done is payed for the return shipping. I basically wasted $30 dollars on this little experience and didn't even get to keep the swimsuit because of how awful it was. I am not buying from this company again, which is a shame because I was trying to embrace it's body positivity! I am sticking with Torrid, thank you.

Receiving the worst customer service of my life from @swimsuitsforall LOVE their suits but am shocked by how poor and inconsistent their service is. 7 attempts to get my exchange processed and it still isn't complete. SEVEN.

ITS A SCAM. They charged me twice without even confirming my order. I had to call the bank. DONT DO IT.

I made and online purchase, and cancelled within the hour. I was told I was going to be refunded. They told me they did not charge my credit card, just and authorization and that it would be removed within 72hrs. This is not true, I spoke to my bank and they have confirmed the purchase, here it is POS Purchase OPOS $144.77 USD SWIMSUITSFORAKEYPO $198.45 CAN

You guys are the best!!!. I'm very voluptuous so I was nervous about getting the bathing suits but I loved them. The bathing suits covered my little flaws & accentuated my body. The material was very strong. overall they were just made properly & true to size. I have a vacation coming up and I'm always the one on the beach with the big t-shirt and shorts. so I'm very excited to show them off . My fiance love them, he said WOW baby you look really sexy so I have absolutely no complaints. ✔fast delivery✔ good service namaste🙏

My chlorine resistant suit didn’t even last two months before it started showing signs of fading but S4A won’t refund or exchange! Very poor customer service when they won’t stand behind the quality of their product! Don’t waste your money on this site! I will never do business with them again! ☹️

Wish I read the reviews here and shopped somewhere else. Ordered two tankini tops and paid for shipping. They took forever to arrive. One of the slowest places I've ever ordered from (and I order a lot on-line as I live in a rural area). One of the tops fit fine and the quality was good for what I paid for it. Other top didn't fit and was extremely poor quality. In order to return it for a refund I have to pay a $7.50 return fee, plus return shipping. No way will I ever order another thing from this company.
