I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. They could care less about their customers. I am not sure what has changed as I have ordered successfully in the past. The last order I created was in March - it took over a month to get the merchandise and then it was wrong so I sent it back. I called when their was no refund and was told it would be a number of days. Two weeks later, I had to dispute it with the back, The most recent order (that was created in May) says as a status "notshipped" but they will not cancel the order. So I am done with this company for good. I would suggest not ordering. The customer service is dismal at best - it's a shame, Companies think they are too big to fail and I don't take this lack of service personally. I am sure they are doing this to many of their customers. I am just not one of them anymore.

Took over a month to get my order! Tried to cancel and I was told that if my order was in “Processing” stage it couldn’t be cancelled. Order sat in processing stage for at least 3 weeks. Returned order as I purchased bathing suits elsewhere and I was told by a customer service rep that the return was received on 06/21/21 and I would be credited by 06/30/21. I called this morning and had the rudest rep, I was told I wouldn’t have my credit for another 2 days. He told me it takes 23 days to issue a refund. I have ordered numerous times and never had an issue with a credit refund taking this long. I originally placed my order May5th. This is the worst experience I have had with this company. I ordered earlier this year during the pandemic and never had the this issue. I will never order from this company again.

I understood an extended delivery time due to COvID excuses. But there was never any followup.the only time I got information was when I initiated the inquiry. Finally received order after 6 week wait. Had to return but again...no followup. Originally requested replacement size. Now waiting for refund that should take 3-5 business days. Its been more than 14 with no communication. Word of mouth builds business...no recommendation from me other than avoid ordering from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a swim tee in early June. What arrived three weeks later was a BRA. When I called, they gave me a refund, but I had to reorder the item I wanted. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but the UPS tracking information says the package was damaged when it reached them, the item was missing from the package, and they were letting the sender know. Swimsuitsforall denied any knowledge of this on their end, claiming it will arrive today. They said they are not responsible for the shipper, and that I have to wait 30 days until I can get a refund!!! And that their customer service is not available on weekends . . . If it does not arrive, I will be out the cost for 2 months by then.

Absolutely awful... ordered on 6/6 still don't have my stuff and customer service is awful!! Basically, I paid $20 for shipping for worse than snail mail!

Do NOT shop with this company. It's a waste of time and money. I ordered 2 pieces from them. One didn't get here until 2 months after I ordered it. The other one I tried to return, which is supposed to be free if you accept store credit. I did, and they still charged me $10 shipping. In addition, I used the gift card they gave me, double checked the total before I ordered and it was $10 and some change, and they proceeded to charge my credit card $47. When I tried contacting customer service (my past few months have been nothing but having to deal with their customer service) they they refused to refund me the money amount that was on my gift card. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. For your own sake do not order from these people!

I ordered 3 swimsuits for the summer swim season. After 14 days with no contact, I called to check on the status of the suits. The customer service person said they were behind trying to fill the order. At 21 days, I called again to check on the order. Again, they said they were behind, and offered a refund. At 28 days, I called again, and the order had finally shipped. When the order finally arrived, I had lost over a month of the season, so I didn't need all 3 suits. I returned two. So far, no return has shown up on my credit card.

I ordered from swimsuitsforall and they charged $25 for shipping but took over a month to get me the first part of my order. THEN they told me the rest was on back order and would be shipped in another month but they promised not to charge me for the backorder. But of course they DID charge me for the back ordered items and refused to cancel the order because it's already 'in process' even though it's not getting sent out for another month. The customer service was horrible. I will never shop here again.
