SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Unfortunately, I don't have much good to say about this product. It probably does the job if you have a very small penis, but the measurements listed on the packaging are fake. I’m right at the upper limit of their internal dimensions, and it completely stalls the machine. They claim it can handle a penis 7.5 cm wide, but that is simply not true; as I said, the motor stalls and won't run. The product itself seems to be of good quality, but that doesn't help when they lie about the product. Unfortunately. produkt Svakom Hannes Neo

Best toys and customer service.

I had a very positive experience with SVAKOM’s customer support regarding a warranty replacement. From the beginning, the support was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on finding a solution. Despite some shipping limitations related to my location, the team was transparent about the situation and worked with me to find a suitable alternative for the warranty replacement. I would especially like to thank Emily for her excellent support throughout the process. She was always kind, responsive, patient, and helpful, making the whole experience much easier and demonstrating a real commitment to customer satisfaction. It is very reassuring to see a company stand behind its products and provide this level of after-sales support. Thank you, Emily, and the SVAKOM team for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

I had a defect issue with my device, but SVAKOM’s customer support team handled it exceptionally well. Emily from the support team was very responsive, helpful, and clear throughout the warranty replacement process. She provided tracking updates and ensured the replacement unit arrived safely. The new unit works perfectly as expected! On top of that, they even offered a discount coupon code as compensation for the inconvenience, which was a lovely touch. Very satisfied with their product quality and top-notch after-sales service. Highly recommended!

I had bought a Klitty and the suction function stopped working. Svakom answered my email and asked to provide some information and a video showing the malfunction and they shipped me another device as replacement. That is amazing!!!

Customer service agent was amazing, very friendly and funny. Gave me a discount code as the sign up one didn't work. Very happy to shop here again. What a pleasure
