They were very helpful when I had one of their products that was malfunctioning. I purchased the item back in March, and they did not give me any trouble when it came to a replacement. We did play email tag for a few weeks but the end result is they honored their warranty. I am very happy with the service.

The product experience is great. I was able to reach my O. For the first time with the help of it. Unfortunately, the product developed a malfunction over 4 months, which was disappointing. However, the customer service has been very helpful and they sent me a replacement device. Advice: note down the serial number of your product if you throw away the package, the customer support would be easier then 😊

They were very thorough in trying to fix the problem but tried to learn from it as well after trying a couple of there possible solutions one including me taking video while actually using it they sent ne a brand new one it turned out to be a pleasant experience hopefully for.
