Respond quickly and solvede our issue

Brilliant service, I received a faulty product from a supplier and contacted Svakom directly and they helped me with advice, troubleshooting and eventually a replacement. Prompt reply and great service

I received the wrong item the first time, but was given the correct item, free of charge.

When I received one of my orders and it would not hold a charge for any length of time. Then when it needed replacing the company did not hesitate to replace at no charge, this is a company I will come back to for future purchases with confidence in mind!! Thank You for you support!!

Very good and helpful customer service.

Great after sell customer service, quick answers! Very satisfied

Got a problem with the delivery because it was returned to sender and they answered me by email super fast and were very cool to give me alternatif solutions.

The customer support is amazing, They are always helpful, even though my question wasn't standard they helped me out, without a doubt a company I want to buy more from. I really love the products, good quality and great functionality.
