Conocí el artículo por medio de mi terapeuta, este fue utilizado para mis terapias de recuperación del piso pélvico, realmente era estimulante hacer los ejercicios con el, y los resultados que brinda de relajacion para la inchazon y dolor en el vientre, bien sea por stress o coplaso, pues inicialmente es concebido como un estimulador de cliptoris, pero médicamente es obtimizado para recuperación médica. Es fácil de usar, y muy versátil la aplicación de manejo a través del celular. Hice el pedido, el cual fue fácil de hacer, pagar y tiempo de envío súper ágiles, aunque tuve problemas con la empresa de mensajería, pero la Tienda se comportó con responsabilidad y gran manejo a esta situación. I tried the Pulse Lite Neo, and it’s by far the best stimulator I’ve ever used. The quality is amazing, and their customer service and warranty policy are excellent. Highly recommend!

I purchased an Alex Neo 2 several weeks ago from Svakom online. Received it within 5 days. Excellent discrete packing. Opened the box that it came in and was initially impressed how well it was made. However, before actually trying it out, the clear housing portion would not stay locked tightly against the black housing. The clips that hold the 2 parts together were not protruding enough from the clear part to stay engaged into the recessed ring on the black housing. Because of this, holding the unit sideways by the clear housing, the heavier black part would just fall off. I contacted Svakom the next day describing the problem and they got back to me within 12 hours discussing possible solutions. None of them worked. I sent them a video of the clear housing showing them the almost absent clips. The next day they agreed that they were defective and said they would replace this unit with another. Just received the new Alex Neo 2 today and the 2 ends of the housing lock together tightly. Haven't used it yet but will soon. I will definitely purchase more items from this company in the future. Their customer support is better than any company I have ever dealt with. The Alex Neo 2 is a well built machine so I'm sure what occurred with the first one I got was just a single item flaw versus poor design of this unit in general. I did recommend to them that the black and clear housings should be threaded in the future to add additional strength to the coupling.

Never tried a Svakom toy before. The Cici 2 and Erica both thrilled my clit and internal happy places. Great customer service as well. Cici 2's very slim wand design makes it easy to stim just the right places, both inside and out. Erica's internal bulb and external arm play together to get my juices flowing and spilled. I haven't tried wearing it yet, but that’s next!

Excellent customer service and the product is amazing. I highly recommend and I have just upgraded to sam neo 2 pro which I can’t wait for it to arrive. I have enjoy my sam neo so much and it works amazingly, the app is great and I recommend you should always use with the app to get the most out of your experience. Great product, great staff and customer support is next to none they went above and beyond in helping me out. Thanks guys
