At firstly I few disappointed because for the wronh product, but after tht I got a replacement.

Have been waiting for a response regarding my return for almost a week now. Package had tracking which I emailed company the information for. Have reached out with tracking information and with photos from tracking website stating package was delivered to the address I was provided. Have not received any updates or confirmation from the company itself. I have no issues with waiting for the refund however the lack of communication is very frustrating.

Website is a bit clunky, but the checkout was easy.
