Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a device that didn’t function properly form an online seller, contacted their customer support and was quickly met with helpful cheery service. They walked me through steps to try and resolve the issues but it turned out the device needed replacing. They quickly sent a replacement unit and it works great! Thanks to Emily H. for all the help and for being so nice!

Purchased the Svakom Vick Neo 2- great product! Easy to use and clean, feels high Quality too! I highly suggest using the attached phone app! I had an issue with my new toy, but Svakom were quick to honour their warranty and replace it! :)

One of the products I bought from them stopped working. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours. They were polite when we emailed back and forth. After I sent confirmation the product was nonfunctional, they sent me a new one. It arrived 3 days later, super quick! Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and happy that I bought from them!

Sent the wrong color. I have other things that are the lilac color, I thought it would be neat to have other items that are the same color. Didn’t happen though, sent us the burgundy color. If you’re going to send whatever you have, why ask?
