I lost my 20 year old son 4 years ago while serving the USMC. Two years ago I bought a Yorkie that I fell absolutely in love with! I take my Peanut with me where ever I go. Last week when I was traveling from Detroit to Nashville I was asked by the Delta representative if I had my "papers" for Peanut. First off, I didn't think people could ask these questions and secondly, I was so upset that after I got through security, I immediately did research on how to bring my dog to the legal ESA status. All it took was a few minutes to answer some questions and within a couple of days I had my official ESA paperwork good for a year!
