They got their money and I had not received my documents. It'd been over a week. I contacted support via the website and after 3 days I still had not gotten a reply. I was put been on hold with their phone customer service for a half hour without a single pickup. I put myself on the waiting list for a call back and got one about 2 hours after. They were able to send the documents immediately. Why could that not have been done in the first place? Also they expire after 1 year which I don't remember reading anywhere prior to purchase.

This application and approval process was easy to understand and I received my approval quickly. I also ordered the paperwork support documents which also arrived within 7-10 days. I highly recommend.
