Hello, there! We are sorry to hear that. ESAs are covered by housing federal laws, such as the FHA. Unfortunately, some hotels have the option and still choose to charge a fee. Hopefully, hotels will become more accepting and understanding of ESA owners and their needs. Since there are thousands of businesses all over the US with different management and policies, it is also highly recommended to contact them beforehand and check their policies and possible limitations towards ESA.
