The website was very user friendly. The service was fast and the doctor’s letters and the certificate looked very good. The vest was too big, and the customer service was friendly, they made the exchange for a smaller vest very easy and fast. Overall, I had a very great experience. I’m taking my fur baby everywhere I go, especially the cancer hospital trips I’m taking often. Thank you very much

Terrible customer service. They made a mistake in the name of the documents. I have sent probably 20 emails and tried 5 times to call. Horrible Experience. I am sure they will not deliver. I DO not recommend. They just do not deliver not care.
