I am happy for all that thought this was a great service, I myself found the experience to be a horrible one. Lost paperwork that was submitted, given a time line as to when the paperwork would be available, never happened, kept getting the run around. There was always the excuse of "we'll have your paperwork in 24 to 48 hours" never happened. Good luck to those wishing to use this service. Now as for the 100% guarantee, that remains to be seen. Have taken steps to have my money returned. Today (5/5/23) I received an email saying that the application was opened on 4/29/23, that's a lie, contact and payment was made on the same day. Get over yourselves, I recommend people to go elsewhere for their help getting the pet registered.

I wasted my money on this. Most hotels don't follow ESA pets and I own my home. I can't do anymore than I could before I payed for the package.

Great experience. I have severe depression and anxiety and my pup has been a huge support in my recovery. Having the documentation that shows her being my ESA is invaluable. I have not used it yet so I cannot comment on if it will do as promised. I received the electronic approval within a business day and the documents that I had ordered were received within a week. I am very thankful for this service. FYI that the certification is valid for 1 year.
