It was quick and easy just answered several questions and I was approved. Didn’t want to pay $96 but I rather pay $96 for my dog to live with me for free than to pay a deposit and pet fees. It’s great!

I received everything that I purchase on time. The ID card, the dog vest, necessary documents etc. We recently took our dog on a road trip. The places we stayed at didn't allow dogs unless they're service animals. Ours were allow because they're our service animal. Another location we stayed at waived the fees, it's great!
