DO NOT ORDER FROM SUPPORT PETS! Support pets is a FRAUD! I paid $65 for a letter showing that I need a support animal, but it sounded like I had severe mental problem. And I paid $95 to get the dog vest that says. “Support” on it but I never received it. When I called their number, the person had a strong accent, and I asked for a supervisor which they said they could not provide, but they would put in an order for a supervisor to call me. Of course, I never got that call. I asked if they could tell me if or when it would be shipped. They said they could not find that out and answer me. In other words, I got nowhere and they are $165 richer.

Hello We apologize for any inconvenices we may have caused you. No, we are not a fraud and we are proud to serve those in need for years. We advise to visit our site first and learn what are our products and services before making any purchases or reviews. Yes, ESAs are directed for people who have mental/emotional disabilities, as our site explains in detail and as the ESA acronym itself says "Emotional Support Animal". We have registration that you have answered a full questionnaire that is based on the need of an ESA letter as a mental health therapy. The values mentioned above are also not correct. We don't have a $95 vest or a $65 ESA letter. We sent you multilple e-mails to assist. Please, just reply to those and our team will continue to assist. Have a good day

Hello! Our company is legitimate and so are our doctors and the evaluation method they use to assist customers. All our services are in compliance with current laws. Public places have limitations and we have all of that explained in detail on our site. We also have registration of your contact with our customer support and we have evidence that you have never asked for a refund. The only contact we have from you, is regartding a request for free items that were not included on the package you've bought. If you need further assistance or to request the refund, feel free to contact us. Our customer support is always there to help. Have a great day
