I do not recommend this company, about 4 years ago I signed my pup up for this. Initially for the basic package. They up-sell like all companies do, so I went with what called signature package currently. It was difficult just to get the letter and to this day NEVER received the package I upgraded to! Trying to contact anyone was like pulling teeth. They had no problem charging my credit card twice for initial charge then the upgrade. Here's a thought for my fellow dog owners train your dog so they will follow your commands and most importantly not bark at everything. This month my dog turns 5 years old, we go on walks with no leash. I can tell her to sit near the door of a convenient store or anywhere and she will stay there til I return. I used Don Sullivan's training program that uses praise over treats! We travel for work and when we do get a motel room she stays for free as a service dog.
