In 2022 when I originally filed to have Layla as a ESA cat the process was easy.

I used this company last year, no issues, this year with my renew, I paid for services, did not receive my documents and its been 21 days when this company prides themselves on 24-48 hrs. I called customer service no help, emailed everyone no help no answers, I reported this company to the BBB, refused to give me a refund. Hope no one else has had these issues, will be using another company from now on, very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone, save the headache.

ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR BOTH SHIPPING AND RETURN SHIPPING? BY THE TIME YOU GET YOUR REFUND IT WILL BE A FRACTION OF WHAT YOU ORIGINALLY PAID! WHAT A JOKE! THEN THEY LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THEY WILL SEND A MANUAL FEDEX RETURN LABEL BUT NEVER SEND IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

there were delays in processing my request (way exceeding the promised 48 hours) and I had to reach out to support multiple times to finally get the letter about a later. It looks like the automation wasn't working properly because I was being sent back to the same step of submitting the survey again and again, but then they were able to pull up the letter from my file right away so clearly the first survey went through... not the smoothest experience, but I did get what I needed in the end.
