The process of receiving ESA documents was fairly easy. I did run into a problem with my landlord. Landlord said they don't accept ESA letters that have an expiration date, which when you think about it, makes sense. When I tried to contact this company to ask for a letter without an expiration date customer service was poor. There was no opportunity to have this issue heard. Just the standard response of my ESA documents were available, (but with expiration dates).

Super fast and very responsive. We ran into issues with our apartment and when we reached out to support pets for help, they responded right away and kept us updated until they resolved the issue, which was fast as well!
