Great service. It was nice that someone actually answered a phone call. There was a little confusion because I didn't complete the application the first time, but they walked through it and all is well.

I received my papers in a timely manner; however, about two weeks later, my precious Bella passed away. I hope to be able to get a new dog soon and will inquire how to transfer the certificate at that time.

The service was great but I’m still confused as to what it gets me? I am still waiting on the card and now thinking nothing will work unless I have the vest. Just confused

I've used Support Pets before and received my ESA documents pretty quickly. But this time, when I was renewing, it took way longer and required me reaching out multiple times to receive my docs.

Thank you so much for the ESA documents. We had ordered the vest but it's seems like it's a small size even for a medium or large. And others have received a leash that says support animal but all we received was the vest. I can't afford to buy another one

I can't use these so it was a huge waste of money. The apartment I moved into had their own paperwork to be filled out by my provider. I imagine in larger cities they're more lenient. These smaller cities are not pet friendly. I do wish that I could get a refund.
