I am 61 years old and yesterday I had the worst experience in my life as a consumer, after receiving and trying to install a second monitor in my brand-new HP OmniDesk Desktop AI PC M03-0039. During more than 4 hours HP kept on a phone call starting with a virtual assistant, passing through an incompetent video call technician, and finally on a call review when I decided to return the product. It is clear to me they sell equipment online without fulling testing it. I really do not recommend online purchases with them.

The customer service was extremely poor. I placed an online order for an HP printer cartridge, but received the wrong item. When I attempted to initiate a return, the third-party seller was unreachable. Upon contacting customer care, I was told that the delivered product is not eligible for return. I would recommend the customers not to buy anything online from HP. They really have Very bad customer service online and in store too.

HP used to be a great provider of printers and similar equipment. NO MORE!!! My HP printer fails to work every 2-3 months, and support is VERY hard to get. Mostly online (bots), or chat, and that's just some person w/ no skill, working thru a script. If you manage to find a phone number, it'll be someone who doesn't speak English, mostly you'll be on hold. And all this despite I pay for support and purchased an add'l warranty. I'm VERY disappointed.

Demandé une réparation en Octobre 2025. On m'envoi un devis exorbitant en février 2026 que je refuse. On est en bientôt en mai et je n'ai toujours pas pu récupérer mon PC. Au téléphone, personne ne sait rien ou ne comprends rien. nul.

LAPTOP was under warranty updated the laptop and the update wiped my entire laptop clean dropped it off under warranty to a geeksquad hp hub and they did nothing! HP went downhill and I will never buyanything from this once reputable company mind you my laptop new was over $2600 wouldnt fix a problem caused by theyre updates posted everywhere as soon as you login another one bites the dust!!!

Ich habe statt den angegebenen zwei Wochen Reparaturzeit sechs Wochen gewartet und es gab erhebliche Lieferprobleme. Ich musste ewig hinterhertelefonieren, was aber ebenfalls nichts bewirkt hat. Am Ende habe ich ein defektes Gerät zurückbekommen… Nie wieder HP

Have third class support services and product in 2 yaer i have 3 times change my display because screen blinking after dots and after display not work . i was argue to replaced my product but not understan in waranty bt after waranty said in waranty so replaced your product .....third class expireance never buy hp product

I have the all in one plan. Have the envy photo printer and I can't even get it to wirelessly connect to anything. I have uninstall it many times and reinstall it still does not work. HP has gone down hill. I am planning on sending this back because I can not get it to connect to anything. It's very annoying. This had happened since I got the computer. I have to direct connect to get it to print.
