I’d give 0 if it was an option. I bought a laptop only to find it won’t charge via the usb. Sent it back and waited weeks for a refund. Ordered a higher spec and waited weeks. When I enquired why it was taking so long, I was told they have stopped making the model. I now have to wait 8-10 days for a refund on something I never received! Unable to speak to anyone of authority. Avoid the heartache and go elsewhere!

Ik werk als ZZP’er en heb bij de aanschaf van mijn HP laptop bewust gekozen voor een 3-jarig HP Care Pack met “Next Business Day Onsite Service”, omdat ik volledig afhankelijk ben van mijn laptop voor mijn werk. Binnen vijf maanden na aanschaf ging de batterij defect. Op zich geen probleem, dit valt binnen de fabrieksgarantie. Helaas blijkt de beloofde service in de praktijk totaal niet waargemaakt te worden. Inmiddels ben ik ruim drie weken verder en is er nog steeds geen monteur langs geweest. Begrijpelijk dat er tegenwoordig personeelstekorten zijn en dat “next day” soms “next week” wordt. Maar waar het echt misgaat, is de communicatie. Elke keer krijg ik exact dezelfde reactie: dat de monteur contact opneemt zodra er tijd is. Dit hoor ik inmiddels al wekenlang, zonder enige concrete update of planning. Het voelt alsof je als klant niet serieus wordt genomen. De klantenservice biedt geen duidelijkheid en blijft hangen in standaardantwoorden en excuses, zonder dat je daadwerkelijk verder geholpen wordt. Juist omdat ik afhankelijk ben van mijn laptop, betaal ik extra voor deze service. Op dit moment biedt het Care Pack echter niet de zekerheid waarvoor je betaalt. Ik werk al mijn hele carrière met HP workstations, maar deze ervaring zet mij wel aan het denken om bij een volgende aankoop voor een ander merk te kiezen.

does any body work at customer services because no one is answering the phone ( been holding 40 minutes) and if its beacuse they're so busy then how about hiring more staff so you can give your cusomers a service...

C'est de la Daubeles imprimantes HP, je la recois sans cable pour la connecter directement au PC, et leur systeme wifi est un enfer a chaque fois que je veux imprimer mon imprimante n'est plus connecter au wifi et a chaque fois je perd 3h pour reussir a la connecter au wifi quand j'y arrive, la pluspart du temp j'abandonne rien ne fonctionne c'est de la Daube c'est honteux!!!!

I have purchased HP printers over the past 35+ years and operated as a small business. I had signed up for ink replenishment ..I was extremely horrified that when I cancelled my plan, my machine no longer allowed me to print . Once I involved my tech provider they had advised me that there is a small chip on the printer that will not allow me to print due to this cancellation..I then went out to buy HP regular ink and NOW the Printer is NOT printing at all..I will not be purchasing from HP again & will advise small business to be aware of this unethical procedure.

What is wrong with HP? They do not care about customers. Once you have paid for their product or service they make every problem you have as difficult to resolve as possible. Their physical products are good quality. The printers are good and print quality is good. The problems however start almost immediately when you try to setup. I have just bought a printer. I followed setup instructions to the letter but the app told me it did not recognise the printer. I spent hours on the telephone with tech support trying to resolve the issue without success. On my last phone call, a tech gentleman came up with the idea of downloading the app to my mobile phone and 'hey presto' problem solved. But getting to that gentleman was an arduous task. The next thing that happened after that was on registering to 'INK', on a free trial offer, they charged me immediately. They do not care.

What a mess!! Welcome to international global worlwide support where the processes dictate you contact HPE from the location of the customer (because they cant be bothered to have a global support like any other company, then they always ask for a bunch of logs, without giving the link to the documentation to collect, without even giving a link to go back to the case to upload the requested logs. Then you have to talk to AI chat to try to find the button to upload. The AI chat does create a new case automatically for this new issue (uploading the logs). Then an Indian guy calls me to understand why there is a second case. After 15 minutes on the phone trying to explain that case was opened by the AI, I did not ask for it, the agent still refuses to close it as duplicate. Then they close the case the minute you stop answering, even if you told them the customer needs a day or two to confirm access for onsite activity. Case was opened in English, and now 2 months later I still receive automatic survey emails in Swedish (??). When I answer the email providing this feedback, instead of writing it down and improving, they try to call me to schedule more calls to discuss the feedback. All this for a basic hard disk replacement? It s not going to improve with such a poor website and feedback capabilities. And the support site is brand new!! What are managers thinking approving this crap?? What a waste of time and money.
