Dissatisfied With HP Printer Subscription Requirements
Dear HP Customer Service, I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my HP printing subscription and confirmation that I will not be charged again. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I purchased an HP printer for use in my home, and I find it unacceptable to be expected to continue paying a subscription in order to fully use a printer I already own. I purchase my own printer, paper, and supplies, and I should not have to keep paying HP simply to print at home. This subscription model has made the printer more of a burden than a convenience. At this point, the printer is essentially useless to me, and I have decided to replace it with a Canon printer that does not require this type of ongoing subscription. Please cancel my subscription immediately, stop all future charges, and provide written confirmation once the cancellation has been completed. If any additional charges are scheduled for my account, please ensure they are stopped. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of HP. I no longer plan to purchase HP printers or other HP products. I hope HP listens to customers who simply want to purchase a printer and use it in their own homes without feeling locked into an ongoing subscription. Please treat this as my formal cancellation request and confirm that no additional charges will be made. Sincerely, Cynthia Thornton
